We won the Responsible Employer of the Year award, which we entered because we agree with the competition’s sponsor that the quality of employment is of huge importance in creating and strengthening organisational culture.
Each year, the competition collects and rewards national employers who are outstanding and leading the way in the field of employment and publishes good practices that contribute to the development of this field.
The Responsible Employer Qualification
The Responsible Employer Rating System classifies and rates companies’ responsible employment activities and HR strategies on the basis of a professionally based, objective criteria system. Its aim is to support organisations in the development and improvement of their responsible employment activities within the framework of a 1+3 step, interdependent and continuously deepening rating system. During the certification process, the consultants provide feedback, guidance and direction for the organisational integration of the principles of responsible employment.

As a Gold Certified Responsible Employer, L-SOFT has proven good practice in at least 7 dimensions, supported by documented and on-site inspection methods, and this is also supported by an internal employee satisfaction survey.
The 7 dimensions typically revolve around the ambition to invest in people and the ambition to create well-being at work. The indicators related to these were in the areas of pay, fringe benefits, knowledge transfer, work environment development, support for community and social well-being at work, participation in management and feedback and evaluation.
