  • All types of eligible benefits and their public charges (healthcare contribution and tax)
  • Differentiation is ensured for the cafeteria package’s limit and for employee groups
  • Automatic management of long-term absences
  • Complete process of assessing the housing loan support

The settlement is based on the type of the given benefit element,

 

  • in case of an invoiced item, against the recorded invoice
  • as a voucher
  • in the form of membership in a pension fund
  • by cash payments, etc.

TRANSFER TO PAYROLL ACCOUNTING

The transfer of the cafeteria benefits required for a period of time by the employee to the payroll accounting and their automatic settlement in the monthly accounts are provided.

Reports

The continuous tracking of the use of the personal allocation is solved by the employees’ declarations. Reports that can be generated on the basis of fixed and approved employee requests:

  • per benefit, per employee, in total form
  • for ordering vouchers
  • about the relationships between the claims and the accounts
  • about the unused allocation
  • corporate summary supports the controlling data service
