It is suitable for organizing the training courses prescribed or recommended for the employees and contract agents and to carry out the administrative tasks connected to the examination.

CALENDAR OF THE TRAINING PROGRAMS
In the Training Program Calendar function of the module, an interface allows you to organize the trainings quickly and easily using the drag and drop technique.
This function allows you to:
- create the training programs and their copy based on a template,
- change the date of the training program by dragging,
enter the venue, - check the occupancy of the room, based on the setting,
monitor the seating capacity, if it is set, - the assignment of the instructor and students to the program,
- check the required skills/ qualification,
record the training costs, - dynamic user groups can be created,
- automatic e-mail sending can be set.

It provides the planning and registration of the employees’ internal and external trainings and their costs. It is possible to query the budget plans for the instructors, students and contributors, and supports the training-level and student-level management and listing of cost management. Using the module, the actual costs can be forwarded to the payroll accounting and accounted automatically.
For the different trainings, the internal and external student headcount can be recorded in the module, so the sharing of this type of training costs is simpler and more efficient.
Training appropriations can be recorded per each job or organizational unit, regarding the trainings recommended or mandatory for the employees.
It supports the documentation of the connected training themes and examination requirements, topics, agendas, exam results and the check of the occupancy of the internal training venues.
The user has the option to attach documents produced by other office applications to the training data.
The recording of the data connected to the training, as well as the production and analysis of the statements can be done at student, organizational and corporate levels.
The statements can also be made according to the aspects documented by the user.
