There is possibility to publicize both authenticated and unauthenticated certificates by e-signature to employees in PIRAMIS™ myCERTIFICATES, according to the needs of the customer.
Certificates can be forwarded to be authenticated in the process of e-signature in batch form, in „packs”.

it can be resent to them any time,without additional costs.
On the PIRAMIS™ Self Service Interface, employees can access and download their certificates, and this does not require any manpower from the HR department
In case of any inspection by the National Tax and Customs Administration, the handover- acceptance documented by the PIRAMIS™ can be authentically queried
The certificates are downloadable from email or the surface of PIRAMIS™ Self Service HR System are protected with passwords, so the possible risks of unauthorized access to the data is minimal
The certificate, purchased in the frames of the contract signed with us before the software introduction, can not only be used for signing documents electronically in the PIRAMIS™ system, but also for all kinds of documents, that can be signed electronically
Due to the fully electronic certification process, paper based documentation and data services are significantly lower, so by this, companies can significantly mitigate the pollution of the environment.
