GDPR erasure service
You can now add a GDPR deletion service to our payroll service!
According to the GDPR, employers, as data managers, may process employees’ personal data only for the time period prescribed by law.
After the expiry of the prescribed period, the deletion of data that can no longer be processed must be ensured. The employer must have detailed rules on this and the deletion must be carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in these rules.
If you use the PIRAMIS™ GDPR data removal service, we will ensure that the personal data transferred to us as data managers for the performance of outsourced payroll tasks and stored in the PIRAMIS™ system are documented and deleted in accordance with the Client’s requirements, and the relevant notifications will be provided to the Client.
The service relieves the Customer of the burden of monitoring, implementing and logging the necessary deletions, which entails an ongoing administrative activity corresponding to the departure of employees.
Non-compliance with the GDPR requirements is a high-risk administrative activity, the absence or incompleteness of which may result in a fine per group turnover. Our service helps to minimise this risk in relation to data transferred to us for processing or generated in the course of processing during outsourced payroll processing.
