Our customers set up the environment to run the PIRAMIS™ system: they acquire the right hardware and software tools and have an operations specialist at their disposal
We provide on-demand training for system administrators to provide them with the necessary skills to operate the system. In addition, we can provide support for the installation of database management and PIRAMIS™ systems, provide assistance if required and obtain Oracle database management licences for our customers.
In this case, our customers set up the environment necessary to run PIRAMIS™, purchase the appropriate hardware and software tools, and L-SOFT provides them with the service of running PIRAMIS™ and/or Oracle Database Manager for a temporary or longer period.
With this service, we offer our customers a solution when they do not have an operations specialist with the right level of expertise to operate the database manager and/or PIRAMIS™ system temporarily or for a longer period of time. If required, we can take over the system operation activities, which are carried out remotely via the Internet.
The advantage is that we offer it as a service for an agreed monthly fee, so that our customers can benefit from the highest level of expertise at an affordable price. In addition, they have accurate, predictable and controllable costs for the operation of the system.
We provide a hosting service: i.e. L-SOFT provides the hardware and software necessary to run PIRAMIS™ and L-SOFT operates the system.
Businesses that prefer to spend money without investing in a suitable operating environment can – without high start-up costs – benefit from a solution whereby we provide state-of-the-art hardware and some software necessary to run the PIRAMIS™ system, as well as the database management system and PIRAMIS™ operation as a service at our own premises for a monthly fee. Our customers can then access the PIRAMIS™ system they have purchased or rented remotely via the Internet.
